PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Lead Target’s care strategy from a Health and Well-being innovation Company websitetrate the requisite financial acumen to effectively influence $500M+ of healthcare spend, impacting 320,000 team members. Manage a team of experienced health plan design SMEs who are responsible for developing new and refining existing programs with measureable outcomes as well as partnering with our engagement team to reach Team Members at a time and manner most meaningful for them.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Company websiteends the strategy, goals, and benefit offerings which address TM care needs, are easily understood and are cost effective.
Company websites alignment of health benefit programs with company's employment brand and strategic business objectives
Company websiter closely with the Population Health team members to ensure plan designs, disease management, care management and wellness initiatives deliver improved health outcomes and quality of care.
Company websiteorate with the Engagement and Compliance teams to ensure benefit programs are effectively communicated and legally compliant.
Company websiter with the Government Affairs department by utilizing knowledge of external market dynamics to influence at the federal, state and local regulatory level.
Company website vendors ensuring appropriate focus on innovation and best practice solutions.
Company websitee benchmark data to ensure program competitiveness
Company website, coach and support the development needs of a team of SMEs.
Company website with internal and external partners to advance thinking around health care design and delivery.
Company website multiple project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements
•10+ years benefits experience, preferably on health care design & innovation
•Strong leadership and project management skills
•Results driven
•Ability to maximize relationships and manage performance
•Strong problem solving, communication and decision-making skills
•Drives change
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
