This hands-on director role will be a key position within a newly formed team located at one of our Division offices. This role will report to a local Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) and the team will directly report to the Headquarters Enterprise Business Intelligence Applied Analytics team (focused on execution and implementation of key EBI work products). This new Division team will implement an Enterprise-wide strategic vision to consistently leverage data, information and tools/applications for optimal business processing and critical decision making within the Division.
This Director role will serve as the lead 'advanced analyst' that will drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results through a superior understanding of how to design work, create business strategy and vision to focus on strengths, competitive advantage, and differentiation. To be successful, this individual will need to take an informed and inspired view to deliver results by creating value and opportunity, have an external focus, anticipate new trends, and customer needs. Additionally, this individual will also need to incorporate broad knowledge to address complex, unusual, and critical issues, not be intimidated by new and innovative ways to solve complex challenges, and recognize profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities and champion new ways to capitalize on them.

Core Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Headquarter EBI leadership team, this Division team will act as a highly collaborative partner to the Division Senior Leadership (primarily Finance and Sales/Marketing) accountable for:
• Driving Advanced Analytics and Decision Sciences deep into the organization.
• Bring EBI skills sets to bear on Key Projects in support of the Division Roadmap
• Assist in the identification and elimination of duplicative efforts; accelerate sharing of best practices
• Lead the consistent application and interpretation of new data and metrics
• Nationalize and evangelize new tools, reports and processes
• Identifies fact-based solution strategies for key business issues raised by clients to ensure that all important issues are addressed in fully and appropriately.
• Determines when and how to use quantitative research tools and models and assists in interpretation and development of implications to address client business problems.
• Develops and communicates goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals.
• Creates and manages supporting and related business intelligence processes.
• Develops and manages budget to ensure required resources are available.
• Defines the information, reporting, and analytical needs of the company. Develops goals, strategies, and plans needed to achieve the vision.
• Ensures business intelligence programs progress, status reviews, and corrective actions.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent-Generally requires 10+ years of experience
