Job Description:
Company LLC IN EL SEGUNDO, CA, SEEKS DIRECTOR, Analytics (JOB ID 2017-24590) TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES: Responsible for helping to set the Data Sciences team vision, fostering industry-leading capabilities, and leading and growing multiple analytics engagements. Oversee digital analytics programs for Fortune 100 and other major corporate clients, including reporting and insights, dashboards, data visualization, data mining, predictive analytics, audience measurement, brand and competitive intelligence, site surveys, tagging implementation and maintenance, data collection and cross-channel data integration. Lead a team of analysts, data scientists and technical implementers, ensuring high-quality deliverables are on time and within budget. Collaborate with creative, user experience, strategy and other disciplines to ensure data-driven insights drive the agency’s work. Build environment for the Data Sciences team to perform analyses such as: advertising performance analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and brand research. Synthesize input from internal and client stakeholders to author measurement strategies that guide data collection, retrieval and analysis. Understand the client’s business, develop innovative approaches to solve their questions and present deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact. Maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders and clients. Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities for business growth and development. Develop scopes of work, budgets, and timelines for new project engagements. Showcase subject matter
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master’s degree in business (MBA) or related field
Experience: 5 years of experience in digital intelligence analytics or related occupation.
Experience must include:
• Leading digital analytics engagements at a marketing/advertising agency for Fortune 100 clients;
• Coordinating digital strategy and user experience development;
• Insight development based on website analytics , media analytics , and voice-of-customer analytics;
• Developing analytics engagement budgets and authoring the scope of work;
• Growing existing account revenue and participating in new business development;
• Coordinating workflow and career development of multi--disciplinary team of analysts, data scientists, digital analytics tagging implementers;
• Consulting with, and presenting to, senior client management audiences;
• Collaboration with other agency disciplines: creative, user experience, strategy, planning, technology and QA;
• Developing business intelligence key performance indicators and reporting/measurement frameworks;
• Developing quantitative and qualitative digital analytics including site, mobile and social analytics;
• Designing, deploying, and reporting results of A/B and multivariate site testing programs.
