Description
Company websiteate CRM Management
• Develop cross-brand dashboard reports to track CRM KPI performance & trend.
• Manage the relationship and scope of work with the affiliate’s CRM agency to ensure proper support are given to the brands for CRM program execution
• Host cross brands CRM meeting (quarterly) to facilitate best practices sharing across the affiliate to deliver improvement in CRM KPIs.
• Work closely with Affiliate EC team to define data integration and reporting of Online and Offline consumer data
• Responsible for the affiliate’s CRM data / system roadmap; including one single customer database, report automation, usage of the database tools by the business users and development of future CRM operation system.
• Quarterly track competitive intelligence and work with insights team to incorporate into competitive watch report
• Work with the regional CRM team to deliver CRM training in the affiliate and hosting of the annual CRM conference to build CRM knowledge in the organization
2. Branded CRM Support
• Coach agency to prepare for brand specific quarterly CRM review meetings, incl. contents, campaign / store / product performance deep dive analysis, competitor performance & insight implication.
• Explore and plan for additional brand CRM initiatives that address business strategy and driving consumer loyalty (for instance BB’s teaching, EL’s loyalty program evaluation and optimization), working closely with insights team to support thoroughly.
• Guide and set up the right tools and Infrastructure (working with region) to enable the smooth execution of campaign management process in the brand context
• Provide consultation / support to Affiliate brand CRM teams regarding execution of consumer programs
• Help Affiliate brands identify areas that require deep analysis and facilitate implementation with regional team
• Ensure the local analytics needs are articulated and presented to the regional CRM team from the regional analytics projects are interpreted and implemented
