The Director:
As a Director you are collaborative by nature, have eagle-eye attention to detail and brilliant time management skills. You love to build team talents and client loyalty and respect. You work closely with senior team leaders to assure project accuracy and make sure that things stay on schedule. You get to share your many creative and analytical skills with your bright, coachable, talented team members on a daily basis, and you delight the client constantly. Variety is the spice, and you love new challenges, categories and situations. You will be exposed to a variety of research designs and just as wide a variety of clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Making research happen: coordinating your team members so that projects get done well and right: on time, on budget and on strategy for the client. When the going gets tough, you are great at applying the organizational grease it takes to keep the whole process moving seamlessly.
• Showing our clients the love: Developing an understanding of our clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through our collective team greatness. Consulting with clients and building your own trusted advisor respect with colleagues internally and externally. Working with clients on big-picture questionnaire design and analysis planning.
• Showing off your skills: Analyzing and interpreting survey results; preparing client reports and presentations. Finding new spins on data viz. Acing the presentation.
Qualifications:
• You are awesome.
• You love data, consumer decision making and puzzles. If anyone called you a “data scientist” you might want to hug them.
• You equally love advertising and branding.
• You can tell killer stories in presentation, visually and in writing.
• You have at least 8-10 years’ experience in the market research and communications field or something arguably relevant.
• Beyond this, extra points for:
◦ Experience with things like questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning.
◦ Serious MS Skills: MS Office is your friend – you are proficient at Excel and PowerPoint.
