Overview and Responsibilities
• Develop innovative tactics for the execution of on-air promotion and graphics
• Drive ideas to enhance overall network strategy
• Oversee promotional inventory management and allocation across multiple platforms (linear, online, CC App, VOD and CC Radio)
• Strategize/Recommend/Create optimization plans for all network priorities
• Manage and lead department staff in translating approved strategies into the actual schedule
• Work closely with Brand Creative to coordinate production and delivery of promotional assets
• Work with Integrated Marketing/Ad Sales to create and fulfill upfront sales packages
• Responsible for presenting promo plans to various departments and key leaders
• Work with ancillary business groups and to support product launches and/or partner platforms
• Collaborate with research for planning and post-analysis purposes
• Report on competitive and industry best practices
• Lead a three person support team
Basic Qualifications
• 6-10 years of experience working in television and/or across digital platforms
Additional Qualifications
• Familiarity with the DTO business
• General knowledge of CD/Affiliate business as well as Ad Sales
• Immense passion for media and pop culture
• Proficiency in Freewheel
• Familiarity with PTS and OAP
