Purpose
To continually evolve and improve on the Company website vision as the ultimate expression of the brand while maintaining a strong awareness of customer journeys and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
• Visual guidance:
◦ Provide visual guidance and support for Digital Merchandising on layouts and product order
• Styling log and image standards
◦ Partner with Digital Operations to make sure images are up to date and in line with guidelines
◦ Constant visual scanning on Company website to flag, initiate and track any improvements needed
• New Arrivals Theme Pages:
◦ Mock up and curate theme pages according to brand and commercial focuses
◦ Use of Content Management System to main these pages
• Landing Pages:
◦ Provide pertinent linking strategy for landing pages
◦ Partner with teams to track assets for product availability and suggest alternative in stock assets for refreshing site accordingly
• Banners and hero shots:
◦ Manage briefing & delivery of monthly requirements to refresh Company website
• Product recommendations:
◦ Partner with Digital Merchandising team on strategy and development
• Customer journey:
◦ Keep top of mind that visual journeys through to product must be consistent
◦ Including journeys on mobile, via email, social, third parties.
Person profile
• Understanding of Company brand image
• Self-driven with initiative to finding solutions
• Attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Proficient excel skill
• Previous role in visual or creative position preferred
• Previous experience with a content management system preferred.
