Company is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated Digital Video Producer to work within Company’s ever-growing Digital Video department. This position will create, produce, and edit short-form digital video content to be published across all digital to social channels. As a Digital Video Producer, this creative, driven, and self-efficient team member will also be responsible for advancing and guiding Associate Producers and Production Assistants within Digital Video.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce short-form digital video content for various Company Digital platforms including Company website, YouTube, and Facebook, in a self-efficient manner
• Interact with past and present Company Superstars and VIPs in a professional manner
• Initiate and create new digital video concepts
• Coordinate with Digital Video management team to provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Producers and Production Assistants
• Responsible for quality control for all aspects of production and content for digital video projects
• Develop compelling video elements that compliment Company storylines and characters
• Keep current with Company programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of related experience in TV/Digital/Post production
• 5+ years of editing experience with applications such as Avid and Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Experience in field production, managing video/film shoots, and producing/directing on-air talent
• Experience in shooting with professional and consumer cameras preferred
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking, effective storytelling, and consistent high-quality execution and results
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment while remaining focused and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge about current and/or past Company TV shows, products, talent and storylines preferred
• Willing and able to travel (approximately 30%) and work weekends as needed
• Clean driver’s license
• Bachelor degree in Communications, Film/Media, Digital Media or related field of study preferred
