JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for driving the digital product development and delivery of customer-facing digital experiences at Company Enterprise. The Digital Product Manager must be able to drive customer facing capabilities to completion through the management of the development backlog, identification and mitigation of risks, and application of creative problem solving. The successful candidate will be adept at supporting agile development teams from within as the Product Owner while also setting expectations about delivery timing and scope externally with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in shipping software, championing process optimizations, and approaching deliveries iteratively.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
The Digital Product Manager should be extremely knowledgeable in agile software delivery methods and have a demonstrated understanding of how modern web applications are developed, tested, and Company website Digital Product Manager is consistently surveying the team’s approach against best practices to inform adjustments to the team’s continuous improvement process.
This individual should have software product development and/or management experience and have an expert understanding of software delivery best practices.
Create Product related presentations and deliver briefing to leadership team on as needed basis.
Work with other product managers, developers, and testers to deliver tested, working software to customers with consistency.
Interact with Company Enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction with digital experiences.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure customers have a world-class experience with Company Enterprise products.
Work with other product teams to provide guidance on future product enhancements.

Education
BA/BS technical degree related to the software or operational/process optimization
