DESCRIPTION:
The CBS4 Digital Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales. This position will be responsible for reporting digital sales revenue, building sales plans, managing inventory, forecasting the station and market, managing a Local team of Account Executive’s digital sales efforts and coordinating CBS4’s National sales efforts.
Primary responsibility is to work directly with the CBS4 sales team to increase and maximize digital advertising revenue for the station. The candidate will need to actively pursue digital media and sales directly with interactive and traditional advertising agencies and direct clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Ideal candidates will have an understanding of all forms of digital advertising, along with trends in the digital space. They will be skilled in recognizing how digital is impacting market places and companies’ business models and be able to use that knowledge to generate revenue. They will demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally.
