Description
• Develops the Affiliate’s social/digital strategy, educates Brand teams and coaches them to develop and improve their Digital Marketing and Social Media programs
• Leads Affiliate governance oversight for local Influencer strategies across the Brands. Builds and maintains a database of digital influencers with ROI tracking for use by the Brands
• Has ownership of digital/social local market landscaping, competitive benchmarking, and social listening activities
• Manages overall local digital agency relationships and cost optimization of activities
• Support / lead smaller brands digital/social planning, content development and execution
Qualifications
• High learning agility, love to explore new things, dare to be a pioneer
• Solid operational social media and digital marketing experience with proven success (not only in digital media but also digital content creation)
• Exposure to community based marketing and e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of web technologies involved in digital and social platforms
