Summary
This role will have oversight of all digital agency activation activities in North America, working closely with the cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Trainers, Product Management, and Client Support teams, to ensure successful adoption of Strata's digital platform in the region.
Essential Functions
Sales Support
The Digital Activation Manager is required to support Strata's new business and/or renewal sales effort for our digital platform
This role is required to present executive-level and deep-dive demos of the digital workflow, including the ability to confidently field any questions from prospective agencies, and effectively articulate the product roadmap
This role will act as the Voice of the Customer working with the relevant teams within Strata to remove adoption blockers.
This role will have direct influence over our agency pipeline and implementation sequencing, taking into consideration external (agency size/revenue, client type, business requirements) and internal (product and support readiness, Strata revenue goals) factors to ensure that we have an achievable activation plan.
Agency Activation
The Digital Activation Manager will own and evolve our current activation materials (standard implementation workflow and settings, project plan, needs assessment and tracking of implementations) as needed
This role will assist in facilitating needs assessment and workflow discussions for custom implementations
This role will also work closely with the Partnerships program to support Strata's agency activation effort for our digital supply partners
Job Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's)
2+ years' experience in sales support and account management
Deep knowledge of US digital planning and buying workflow
Expert in business analysis
Effective presentation and communication aptitude
Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills
Strongly Desired
Experience with a digital campaign management platform
Experience working in an agile framework
Team management experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role will not have administrative direct reports but will have the responsibility to mobilize resources from various teams within the organization to deliver against the projects.

The Digital Activation Manager role requires travel to Client locations and to internal STRATA meetings.
Ability to work independently from home or/and STRATA office with hours agreed upon by their manager.
Minimum qualifications and requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field, plus 2 years work related experience.
