#Content Planning and Management
Manage the channel editors to ensure content plans are consistent with the editorial proposition for each channel and with the overall Company website strategy
Manage a master editorial calendar and align with internal stakeholders to correctly prioritise content
Define content requirements for events and projects
Ensure content is delivered in line with the content plan, on time and within budget
Identify relevant international stories are adapted and published to the AU site
#Digital Video Creation
Manage hero digital video production alongside communications and production counterparts
Brief production company and/or internal counterparts to produce best in class digital first video content
Work with digital marketing specialist t& Social Media Specialist o ensure production of best in class socially native content.
Ensure content is delivered within Company House rights management guidelines
#Content Guidelines, best practice and quality assurance
Issue clear editorial guidelines and maintain compliance across all channels
Delete, remove, rewrite or manipulate and content deemed to be in breach of guidelines
Provide support and advice to the marketing team to suggest better content best practices
Utilise analytics tools to analyse content and feed insights back to the content creators and marketing management team to constantly optimise our content offering
#Website management
Daily curation of the website homepage to highlight the best content from across all channels and other content from the World of Red Bull
Manage the ad server to deliver relevant display advertising across the site
Plan and curate all cross promotional and highlights sections to provide visibility to Red Bull events and projects
#Traffic Forecasting and Reporting
Manage monthly reporting for Company website and microsites
Influence the wider marketing team to react to performance by channel
Run the content section of bi-weekly content hub, delivering key insights and actions to the editors and communications team
#Channel Marketing
Leverage paid and organic content distribution to drive traffic
Optimise all content for search and social channels
Identify and deliver media partnerships that drive traffic
Manage content seeding agencies when relevant
#Contract Management
Negotiate, run and monitor some contracts managed at country level
Ensure partnership commitments are met for both Red Bull and our partners
#Budget Management
Overall responsibility for the control of the assigned budget
Ensure proper monitoring and timely alerting on any deviation from assigned targets
Monthly budget reporting and reconciliation
#People Management
Develop, coordinate and manage a team of channel editors to create content and engage core communities
Responsible for the development and performance management of the editorial team
Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing/content marketing/editorial level within proven experience in running a multi-thematic content driven website and autonomous responsibility as site or channel editor.
Demonstrated success in meeting performance driven goals
Superior skills in copywriting, editing and proofreading
Experience in CMS platforms such as Drupal, Wordpress, AEM etc
Expert knowledge of SEO & SEM
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating content plans that deliver against business goals
Strong people management skills with a proven track record of building, managing and developing teams of freelancers
Experience managing large budgets across multiple projects
Proven experience of negotiating and managing both commercial and promotional partnerships that drive business impact
Expert knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
Data driven with a strong ability to analyse content performance and extrapolate information to provide business actions
Expert at optimising content for search and social channels
Awareness of latest digital trends
