Purpose:Provide graphic development, trend analysis, and presentations consistent with the defined strategy of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use original and creative thinking to provide concepts, designs, and illustrations according to brand/league product strategy.
• Build art files and documentation according to departmental processes.
• Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines and production requirements.
• Identify and present trend analysis, transforming consumer needs into design solutions.
• Must be able to communicate conceptual ideas to Graphic Managers, provide guidance and constructive feedback to fellow designers.
• Develop key relationships with external Design Team(s), Merchandising and Sales to create a cohesive product vision.
• Must provide timely service and communication to internal and external customers regarding deadlines and delivery of projects.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must possess a proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS.
• Proficient knowledge of Typography, Composition, Photo Manipulation or Illustration.
• Must be able to build presentations and present work to internal and external recipients.
• Must be proficient in designing into a variety of graphic styles.
• Provide guidance to fellow designers.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task a must.
• Must be able to accept direction and process critique.
• General knowledge of sports is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Digital portfolio
• Relevant design experience
• Proficient knowledge of screen printing process is preferred.
