Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
The Designer has a deep understanding of digital storytelling, and how to translate it using best practice, across all digital and print executions. This position works closely with a copywriting partner, UX and development from conception through final execution.

50%Concepts, designs, executes and oversees visual phases of assigned projects.
40%Works as a team member with Copywriters, Design, Account and Production staff to meet client and Integrated Marketing goals and objectives on assigned projects.
10%Communicates with clients in an effective and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
2-4 years experience in an advertising agency environment. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic vertical a plus.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience art directing and designing responsive websites.
Experience designing digital tools and interfaces.
Possess a modern design ascetic.
Comprehensive understanding of design, production process, photography and illustration.
Proficiency with design tools including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good organization skills.
Must be creative with strong design and conceptual ability.
Must possess attention to detail and concern for quality.
