As the Converse Data & Analytics Director, you'll lead the organization in developing and executing our analytics strategy. You’ll partner with all functions of the business and our parent company to create future capabilities. You’ll lead the team that will bring together business vision, technology, reporting and advanced analytics expertise to deliver critical business value and insights. Responsibilities
• Lead the organization in developing and executing its Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy, with the goal of providing quality data and information to drive positive financial and qualitative outcomes
• Lead the Converse Analytics COE that drives strong data governance practices and global alignment
• Establish and implement the enterprise analytics architecture, standards, methods and best practices to consistently develop meaningful analysis and relevant analytical deliverables
• Deliver scalable and innovative data products and solutions to support our strategy priorities and empower self-service analytics
• Partner with analytics engineers, data management/governance leads, solution architects and visualization experts to deliver innovative technology solutions and services
• Be a core participant of the Converse Technology Leadership team and work to optimize the Technology engagement in all regions
• Lead your team through annual process of creating, maintaining, and implementing the Converse Analytics Technology Portfolio
• Evangelize the tools, platforms and capabilities of the Data and Analytics with the business to drive adoption of Data products and solutions
• Ensure alignment with both the Converse Business leads, Executive leaders, Technology teams and Company Corporate partners

• Delivering complex, cross functional projects enabling the business
• Pulling a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions and building consensus

• Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
Qualifications
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and has clearly demonstrated these skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent field
• Hands on experience of big data, machine learning and/or AI applications solving critical business problems
• Track record of working with business partners to drive adoption of technology solutions
• Demonstrated working knowledge of cloud computing and dev-ops
• 5+ years' professional experience in technology and/or business related work; including business systems analysis, data engineering, data science, technology consulting, information architecture, solution design, and/or deployment of enterprise applications
• 3+ years hands on experience working with business leaders at an executive level in a technology capacity
• Must possess a high degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT related concepts effectively with Senior Level leadership
• Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
