Job Description:
The Sustainment team serves as the face of our customer’s Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CNDSP) program; it both processes initial inquiries for service from prospective Subscribers, and also manages service renewals for existing service Subscribers. Though the Cyber Security Business Analyst primarily handles traditional business functions, such as invoicing and creation of service agreements, it is critical for the Business Analyst to have a granular understanding of the CND services and how they are performed.
As a Cyber Security Business Analyst you will be initially responsible for obtaining required Subscriber data and creating a unique subscriber record in the Customer’s Subscriber/CNDSP database. Once a Subscriber record has been created, you will develop a quote for CND services and tailor a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Subscriber. You will deliver the quote and agreement to the Subscriber for them to execute payment and sign the agreement. You will be responsible for updating Subscriber database records to capture the status of workflow steps throughout the alignment process.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with team lead to ensure goals and priorities are aligned
• Respond to inquiries for service and detail alignment steps for prospective Subscribers
• Work with admin team to obtain hardware recommendations required for quote generation
• Generate new service and renewal service quotes
• Create new or updated MOAs
• Update database records with Subscriber information
• Run database reports to identify expired Subscriber information and outreach for updates
• Generate Subscriber and performance metrics
• Support internal, external and teleconference meetings
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to maintain an active clearance
• A Bachelor’s Degree or a total of 12+ years of professional/relevant experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience to include:
◦ Extensive General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) experience
◦ Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and financial monitoring experience
◦ Experience analyzing, balancing, and reconciling project budgets
◦ Experience updating and reviewing MIPR tracking sheets to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
◦ Experience reconciling MIPR tracking sheets to the official accounting system, General Fund Enterprise Business systems (GFEBS)
◦ Experience participating and briefing budget data in weekly budget and contracts meeting
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of:
◦ DoD Computer Network Defense (CND) services
◦ Government finance policies and processes
◦ Creation of SOPs and Performance Metrics
◦ Adobe Pro
◦ Microsoft Office Pro
• Experience with DoD Vulnerability Management System (VMS)
• Database Management Experience
• Experience requiring presentation skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Certification and Accreditation (C&A), DIACAP, RMF experience
• Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) DoD 8530.01 Experience
