Customer Service E-Commerce Trainer
This role to cover maternity for 6-12 months.
Have you ever been in a training session, looked at the trainer and thought; I’d like to do that!
If the answer is yes, this is a perfect opportunity to develop your personal skills within VF.
You’ll be able to prove your abilities in:
• Developing training sessions and programs
• Speaking in front of large groups
• Getting to know new starters and their individual needs
• Being proactive and proposing new ways of working
• Getting to know all the brands and the way they work
• High level thinking – be an influencer
The perfect candidate will have the following attributes:
• Results oriented – tracking progress on goals
• Excellent knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word, SharePoint and JBA
• Be fluent in English (another European language would be an advantage but not essential)
• Be positive and engaging
• Be analytical and able to document processes
• Have a minimum of one years’ experience within VF
