Company Australia is seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our growing team of Customer Support Consultants.

Based in the stunning, heritage-listed offices in Melbourne’s Docklands, you will be the first point of contact and support for our Education customers. You will be the subject matter expert on non-digital products and the processes and systems used to support them. Your responsibilities will also include coaching, training, resource planning and supervision of the day to day activities of the customer support staff.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in customer service and support roles, ideally with previous supervisory experience.

Qualifications
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office & Google suites
• Solid experience working in a customer service or technical support role
• Experience supporting customers over the phone, via live chat and via email.
• Previous supervisory, coaching and training of staff within a customer service environment preferred
• Experience in a call-centre environment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
