We are looking of for a CRM Operations Specialist eager to learn new technologies and stay current with the latest industry platforms and capabilities. This roles encompasses:
• Implementing and deploying CRM programs with a primary emphasis on (but not exclusive to) the email channel
• Collaboration and development of content with the creative team
• Managing client Email Service Provider platforms
• Monitoring active CRM programs and responding according to guidelines
• Reporting, analysis and ongoing insights and recommendations to build and foster the community and relationships
• Participate in further developing CRM capabilties by research and adoption of emerging toolsets
Required Skills:
• Excellent working knowledge of CRM tools and capabilities, including:
◦ Knowledge of one or more ESP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Zeta, Sendgrid, Bronto, etc.)
◦ Management tools (Litmus, RevTrax, ReturnPath, etc.)
◦ Reporting tools and data manipulation
◦ CRM measurement/analytics
• Photoshop, Dreamweaver and design skills are a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Fortitude to stay calm under pres
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required Experience:
• Two to three years of experience in a digital marketing environment with specific hands-on experience with CRM channels
• Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business
