Description
The Global Brand Creative Studio is a cross-functional creative collective responsible for delivering brand defining creative experiences to geo and territory partners to execute. The Creative Studio Manager is a strategic team leader who ensures their studio runs effectively and efficiently. The Creative Studio Manger has the broadest view of the work in the studio (end to end). They drive intake and resourcing strategies, partners on the creative team assignment, assigns work to creative producers and the production studio and drives, implements, and manages their own projects. They look after the creative process, solves problems and prioritizes amongst multiple and often-times competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Primary partner to Brand Design and Brand Communication leaders to determine the studio’s vision and priorities
• Provide a leadership voice to the Creative Studio Management team helping drive the One Studio strategy, mindset shift and realignment
• Manages the creative and digital producers within the studio
• Key point of contact for Marketing and Company Direct Operations
• Looks after intake, auditing briefs, resourcing and process strategies and helps drive the overall creative Gameplan for the studio
• Master of PM 1010: project tracking, vendor relationships and contracts, budget management, POs and invoicing, escalating risks, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with their peers to share best practices.
• Onboard FTEs and ETWs
• Communicates risks, opportunities and solutions to partners and stakeholders
• Fosters positive ways of working and implements strategic solutions to keep the studio on track
• Defines and leads creative studio meeting cadence
Skills:
• Creative studio management & deep understanding of the creative process
• Expertise in creative production
• PO/Budget management
• Strong Communication and facilitation capabilities
• Ability to lead teams looking after multiple unrelated workstreams simultaneously (multiple categories and cross-category workstreams)
• Facilitation and communication
• Expectation management (dates, budgets, deliverables)
• Solution orientation – Don’t belabor issues…solve them
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in brand or design operations
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
• Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
• Travel 10% of the time
