Company’s Brand Strategy team works with the platform’s most sophisticated advertisers and their agencies to build creative marketing activations. Their mission is to help marketers drive outsized impact and attention through creative solutions, custom technology, and strategic planning.
The Creative Specialist is a key member of the Brand Strategy team – a dynamic, creative storyteller with exceptional design skills. The Creative Specialist’s role is to help articulate ideas, creative solutions and Company ad products in a visually arresting manner, bringing them to life through sight, sound and motion. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with a team of driven & experienced sales and marketing professionals in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Success in this role means:
• Supporting the Brand Strategy team across a range of design & creative needs – from building pitch materials, bringing to life ad products visually, mapping out the stages of an idea using Company UX – to creating visually compelling presentation narratives and best-in-class case studies
• Participating in internal brainstorming sessions to concept branded solutions that showcase elegant uses of the Company platform and meet brand objectives
• Designing cohesive sets of slides, templates, and visuals for presentations; support Campaign Solutions Strategists and Planners in shipping beautifully designed, elegant presentations
• Juggling multiple projects and priorities with fast-paced and shifting deadlines
• Building relationships with Company’s media sales organization and team members
• Connecting with Creative Specialists in Company offices around the world to share & learn from other regions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with advanced design skills, or have equivalent experience. Video / Animation training and skills a bonus
• 2+ years experience in a marketing or advertising agency, media company or publisher with a digital focus, or related experience; social and mobile experience a strong plus
• Deep working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote; After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D desirable
• Copywriting skills
• A digital work portfolio that showcases an excellence in visual design (UEX a plus)
• Desire to stay current on new digital advertising technologies and Company related ecosystem partners and their capabilities
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects and to adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
