Role Summary
The position of Creative Specialist involves, conceptualizing, supervising, creating all forms of advertising, marketing, and promotional creative materials, as well as developing the brand vision for the NBCU Digital Division business. This new role is going to be instrumental in coming up with creative concepts that provide innovative solutions for our partners, as well as someone who can help brand this new digital division to the ad marketplace. Reporting into the Digital VP of Marketing, we are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of design, especially in the digital landscape. The expectation is that this role has strong partner relationships, including creative vendors, who can concept, create, and execute cutting-edge design-based marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Conceive innovative creative ideas quickly
• Inform and drive synergy across communication platforms
• Work collaboratively with clients, sales, digital partners, and internal teams
• Translate ideas into multiple platforms (digital, video, direct mail, showroom, print and promotions)
• Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System
• Manage 3rd party vendors
• Work within budget limitations
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience across disciplines (advertising, direct marketing, interactive)
• Proficient in: MAC, PC, PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Knowledge of photo, digital, and video production and editing
Eligibility Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in creative design in the media or advertising marketplace
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, with quick turnarounds

• Must be willing to submit a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
