Company is looking for a Creative Services Manager to join our new Creative Services Group. This position will champion and manage all creative execution for our advertising clients, including native/branded video, photography, and sponsored editorial, and will act as the brand partner’s main point-of-contact in the production phase.
This position will oversee all creative execution in post-sale, from creative development, to pre- and post-production, through launch.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client-facing skills, and be able to lead a complex campaign from start to finish. You should be comfortable taking the lead on complex projects, acting both as the client-facing representative of Company, and as the main point-of-contact for multiple internal teams. You will have a knack for simplifying and communicating production language to other teams at Company, as well as brand partners, and will ensure the expectations of brand partners, Company sales, and editorial are met.
This position will sit within The Bakery, Company’s in-house content studio, and will report into the Director of the Creative Services Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide best-in-class “white glove” client service to advertisers and all other Company teams through great communication about the creative process and expectations throughout the entire campaign
• Be the creative expert on all aspects of a campaign; be the single point of contact for sales and account management
• Ensure integration elements in sponsored content are clearly communicated to the client and creative team, and ultimately delivered as promised
• Simplify production language for the client, and clearly articulate sales and client feedback and expectations back to internal Company teams
• Proactively troubleshoot all concerns/production hiccups for client, including being able to diagnose an internal problem properly and seek out solutions that cater to both the client and the editorial Company values
• Distribute all client feedback directly to other internal PS teams to provide context and clear direction
• Be the liaison for the client on set or the client’s eyes and ears on set when they can not be there
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years working with a digital media company or digital agency in a client-facing role
• Must have a thorough understanding of the post-sale production process
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• A background working with and leading communication with internal teams and brands
• Superb people skills; Must be able to calmly interface with people throughout Company, as well as brands and agencies.
• Must enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced, multitasking, deadline-oriented dynamic environment, including the ability to maintain high energy under pressure.
