OUR TEAM
We are looking for a data-driven and Creative Director professional to join our exciting and expanding Product Marketing group. You will be part of the team driving go to market success initiatives and enabling the organization to scale. In this role, you build high production value, visually impactful marketing materials that elevate the Company brand and value proposition of our products and solutions to our Brand and Retailer markets
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Create content that articulates Company’s vision and capabilities to key prospects, customers and partners.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each of Company’s existing and new products. Plan and drive the launch of new products, features and releases in partnership with Product Management; manage cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Use insights to inform sales materials, campaigns, go-to-market and launch strategy. Interface between Sales and Marketing to create all visual assets.
• Adapt agency creative into Company owned creative assets.
• Interact with customers, press, and analysts to promote Company’s products; own and articulate the value of offering to the market
• Create the following assets and materials:
◦ Sales Collateral
◦ Product Sales Sheets
◦ Info Graphics for media / social consumption
◦ Digital and Print Advertising
◦ Video Content
◦ Social Media Content
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
• 3-6 years of experience creating content for product/solution marketing programs, with at least 1 year of experience in core product marketing.
• Experience in Visual Design, Copywriting, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Must be Flexible and adaptable to change
• Working knowledge of CPG space.
• Experience in Retail and Digital Media B2B sales
• Experience in technology driven organizations and working with technologists.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the organization
• A history of customer engagement, documenting solutions and translating into customer benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS
• Deep experience of consumer promotions market preferred
• Working knowledge of ad tech and digital media preferred
• Experience marketing B2B products within CPG, grocery and drug preferred
