We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator to join Team Company! You’ll help manage creative campaigns from post-sale through execution. You are highly organized, detail oriented, incredibly diligent, and able to juggle multiple projects at a time. You’ll work with internal teams, as well as external clients and agency partners.
What you’ll do:
• Create and manage creative timelines once campaigns have been sold
• Be the main point of contact for multiple projects at a given time, across multiple verticals
• Coordinate client meetings and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Act as the inter-departmental “glue” helping to bring all involved parties to the table
• Be the ambassador of Company’s guidelines and best practices
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years project management experience at a creative agency or production company
• BA in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field
• Knowledge of the advertising landscape, agencies, and workflows
• Deep familiarity with how Company works
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter attitude with a love for collaborating
