Who we are looking for:
State Street Bank International GmbH (SSBI) is looking for an Intern to support our Corporate Audit Department. In this role you will get an opportunity to make your first steps within the financial industry and gain the initial experience in financial audit area. Role will be based in Krakow, Poland. After onboarding phase, you will be assigned to audit projects related to the SSBI headquarters and its branches including, but not limited to, the SSBI Poland branch.
To ensure smooth onboarding, this role at the initial stage is performed 100% from the office with the potential possibility to move to the hybrid model after a few months.
Duration: 5 months
What you will be responsible for:
As Corporate Audit trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Corporate Audit activities, including participating in the audit business processes;
- Quickly gaining basic knowledge level required to perform the daily tasks in Corporate Audit;
- Data analytics tasks related to the Corporate Audit and supporting functions;
- Initial work under the supervision of more senior colleagues and gaining gradual independence in the assign tasks management;
- Perform other duties, trainings and development as assigned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred university degree in economics, statistics, data analytics, business administration or related field;
- Any certifications related to audit/controlling, data analytics or QC functions will be beneficial.
