OVERVIEW
The Video Product Coordinator will support the Director, Video Product Management in overseeing major Ad and Video technology projects across the Company’ digital properties. These include multiple customer-facing web sites, native mobile applications, OTT streaming devices and other new and emerging technologies and platforms.
As part of the Product Development video team, this individual will be responsible for supporting QA of strategic digital Video and Ad projects across the Company brands. This role will also provide additional support for new and existing MVPD relationships on our TV Everywhere platforms. They will play a key role in helping to plan and track projects, supporting meeting coordination and project documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, product oriented and experienced with project management. They must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and an understanding of digital video technologies and content management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Company’ Digital Media teams to ensure quality control across all platforms
• Oversee day-to-day testing of new and existing Ad and Video platforms
• Additional support for new & existing MVPD integrations across Company digital platforms
• Support major projects through on-going meeting coordination and documentation
• Manage day-to-day tracking of digital Ad and Video projects across the Company brandsResearch new and existing video products and third party vendors across digital platforms
• Stay abreast of the latest video trends and work with the Digital team to integrate them with business roadmaps
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 + years relevant digital experience
• Knowledge of digital video platforms, products and applications
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities
• Proactive problem solver, who can work collaboratively, flexibly, and independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience supporting new product features and/or solutions in an Agile environment, using tools such as JIRA
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field
