The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Part Time, Temporary Store Planning Inventory Coordinator located in our Manning Road Warehouse.
This role is a temporary, part-time plus position within our Store Planning department. This position will take inventory of various store fixtures, materials, and visual props, document the same with photos to create a comprehensive inventory file.
Working environment may include office and/or or warehouse locations; hot or cold conditions and/or working an entire shift on his or her feet.
This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and takes initiative on their own while working under the supervision of the Store Planning Department. Must have the ability to follow instructions precisely and check work thoroughly before completing a task.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Take inventory of the fixtures, material, props
• Create an easy to use inventory directory/reference of all store fixture and materials.
• Label, sort, and group the materials to organize all inventory in the warehouse with designated and specific locations.
• Move and treat fixtures, materials, and props with care and concern
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Must have a driver’s license and vehicle
• High school diploma/GED
• Must be computer literate
• Must have strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack
• Forklift certification required
• Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team
• Must be self-motivated and take initiative on their own
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Physically able to stand at least 7 hours on a concrete surface flooring.
• Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse conditions
• Able to perform physical labor and able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, and lifting
