The Coordinator, Radio Promotion supports the SVP of Radio Promotion and the entire radio promotion staff at RED.

Responsibilities:
• Support the SVP of Radio Promotion along with fourteen other team members in daily administrative duties
• Assist SVP of Radio Promotion in day to day activities including expenses, travel and preparation for festivals, tours and radio visits
• Coordinate departmental mailings, travel and expenses
• Generate specific reports for department (Mediabase, Nielsen BDS, SoundScan, Music Connect, Shazam) and disseminate information to radio promotion staff
• Create weekly adds and spin reports for distribution to entire RED staff
• Design weekly one sheets for priority artists with up to date stats
• Design and schedule email blasts to radio
• Update RED Radio site with up to date assets for all of current projects
• Generate and disseminate invoices for radio services for all current projects
• Organize conference calls, create invites for radio to RED events and keep department updated on tours and festivals
• Help contribute to RED MUSIC branding on social media, focusing on events surrounding our artists at radio
• Hire, manage and train radio promotion interns
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant required
• Previous knowledge of or experience in radio a plus
• Proficient MS Suite, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and HTML skills
• Proven professionalism and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills and superior time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain the high levels of confidentiality
