Summary
Responsible for the coordination, administration, and maintenance of various training logistics and development programs for Company Grantees and Explorers. This position may be required to travel to off-site locations outside the DC Metro area.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinates scheduling, venues, and logistics for training programs at Company and external sites. (75%)
2. Facilitates travel and accommodations for attendees and trainers (10%)
3. Compiles reports on attendees participation and satisfaction of content. (5%)
4. Maintains training websites, and online resources. (5%)
5. Coordinates contracts and invoicing associated with the training (5%)
Minimum Education Required
BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
Minimum Years and Type of Experience
At least 2 years experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Advanced organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Knowledge of web development platforms, online meeting platforms, and survey tools.
