Coordinator, Digital Fulfillment & Timed Release Support
Job Description:

A little bit about our team:
The Digital Operations group manages the account setup, packaging and distribution of digital products to more than 250 retail partners globally. The team is involved in all facets of the WMG digital supply chain.
Here you’ll get to:
• Provide support to the business in onboarding new account profiles and communicating the WEA digital workflow.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of packaged digital assets to digital service providers.
• Triage issues with digital bundles, source media and client infrastructure.
• Cultivate relationships with accounts and local WMG affiliates to better service the business and catalog.
• Participate in ongoing review and makes suggestions to the improvement of the fulfillment infrastructure
• Responsible for Digital Service Provider (DSP) support including:
◦ New Account startup
◦ Delivery of packaged digital releases
◦ Coordination of Digital Service Provider requests for content
• Interact with regional Digital Operations, Product Data Management, Digital Production and Digital Sales personnel in support of Digital and Mobile Service Providers and overall catalog assurance.
• Point person in coordination and support of global timed releases – split shift required.
• Responsible for the administrative tasks related to weekly reporting, tracking and label/affiliate charge backs around timed releases.
• Develop and enhance global affiliate relationships.
• Responsible for day-to-day problem resolution of digital assets.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of digital catalog.
• Develop and enhance online customer account relationships.
• Responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the Digital Operations group/supply chain.

• Ability to problem solve and exercise critical thinking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to initiate and drive improvements
• Motivated and responsible self-starter and multi-tasker who can prioritize his/her own workload
• Ability to execute on simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
• Project management skills.
• You work well in a fast-paced evolving work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, with ability to prioritize within the workload and meet deadlines
• You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• You have 1-2 years of experience
• College Degree preferred
