Summary
Directly supports the Customer Financial Services team to include Accounts Receivable, Credit, Cash and Billing by providing operational reporting and trend analysis to ensure that we are providing best in class service to our internal and external customers as well as to support successful financial period closings and strict adherence to controls and business requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Works closely with Department Leadership to generate and distribute operational statistics and analytical data around all functions of Customer Financial Services in order to identify trends and potential implications to the business.
• Performs daily billing reporting & analytics to ensure all shipments are billed timely and accurately
• Responsible for ensuring that all daily billing documents and monthly statements are sent to our customers timely and accurately
• Supports and continuously works to evolve all billing processes to ensure financial close requirements are met
• Responsible for activity and audit reporting on Customer Financial Services Operations at the regional and/or global level to ensure compliance with policy and standard operating procedure expectations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly standard reporting to Department Leaders in all areas of Customer Financial Services.
• Provide critical support to the Accounts Receivable and extended organizational teams by prioritizing ad hoc data and time sensitive audit requests.
• Utilize analytics to proactively look for innovative process and report improvements to assist the team to work simpler and smarter
• Add value to business each day by providing the right information to the right people at the right time
Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, etc.
• Candidate must possess strong communication skills, both in verbal and written form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Education and/or Experience
• Requires a bachelor's degree with preferable concentration in Business Administration, Accounting or Information Systems, and/or 3+ years of experience in a relatable field.
Computer Skills
• MS Office experience, specifically Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, etc. SAP experience preferable.
