Purpose
Performs coordination, support and administrative duties for the Corporate Real Estate department.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensures effective communications are established and maintained between the Department Head and Company departments and facilities.
• Perform day-to-day administrative support services such as: communications (written, email, telephone, etc.), meeting schedules and facilitation, travel arrangements, calendar, shipping, expense reports and other services.
• Regularly compiles data, transform into graphs and other visuals and publishes reporting packet / dashboard
• Work closely with team and other associates to implement corporate real estate processes, policies, and procedural improvements.
• Supports data collection and analysis as required by corporate real estate management and / or executive management teams
• Assists in development and maintenance of communication plans and presentations
• Assists / coordinates financial analysis, supports financial approval process/coordination, tracks budget to actual data.
• Assists / coordinates procurement processes in partnership with department head and project directors.
• Provides regular project status updates and follows up with team members on outstanding action items
• Plans meetings, including but not limited to, arrangements for facilities, catering, AV equipment, agendas, scheduling materials preparation and other related services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Excellent computer skills. Must display proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point. Proficiency with MS Access database queries highly desired.
• Problem solving and analysis skills
• Must not be thrown off by changing priorities
• Proven excellent verbal and written communications
• Strong team player with the ability to multi task and can work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
• Able to manage business relationships in a diverse cultural setting
• Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
1. University Degree or equivalent education
2. Exposure to Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and/or Project Management a plus
3. 0-2 years of experience in similar position
4. Will accept any equitable combination of education, experience and training
