Job Summary:
Provide support to the Activation team, in an effort to deliver the agreed upon media & activation benefits to achieve maximum client value/satisfaction. The role will work with both internal contacts as well as clients to make sure all media & on-site benefits are delivered through both the Company & client vision. Key responsibilities will be: day to day management of the deliverables chart/contract to ensure deadlines are being met, support managers through data capture, collection of airchecks and screen grabs of assigned client deals, keeping recap folders with proof of performance up to date for real time review by manager, ideation and research of activation ideas for assigned client deals, on-site Activation at iHeartRadio pillar events.
1. Support Manager, Activation with day to day review of the deliverables chart, weekly call/notes needs, recap organizations for proof of performance, invoice tracking and ideating new on-site activation opportunities.
2. Support implementation of contractual media & event based benefits for assigned client deals.
3. Lead contesting for assigned client deals, including but not limited to: copywriting, drafting legal rules, completing necessary bonding, collaborate with Digital on creation of entry portal (facebook tabs, websites on iHeart and local stations etc.), complete and track execution of promotional elements (Audio spots and digital banners, DJ read scripts, etc), fulfillment of all travel and prizing
4. Assist with weekly meeting prep (start to finish) including but not limited to: creation of agendas, completion of thorough call notes, setting reminders for next steps.
5. Assist in the development of comprehensive PowerPoint recaps and internal evaluations for all major projects.
6. When assigned, lead 1-2 key accounts with supervision of manager.
