Coordinator - Talent Partnering
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• The position will directly contribute to the Talent mission to provide a consistent Talent experience for employees in a market or business, in order to share the desired Company culture.
• Responsible for supporting and implementation learning and talent partnering initiatives across offices in the Asia Pacific region
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively Talent teams and HRBPs to ensure a consistent implementation of core Talent programs business (customer focus area) across the Asia Pacific region
• Support business and operations growth by analyzing talent pipeline, maintaining talent score system as well as participating in talent management discussions
• Implementing the talent core programs for business through management of program logistics and administration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• A self-motivated team player
• High degree of customer orientation to connect with people and management styles across different cultures
• Strong English communication skills (both written & verbal) – able to convey information within the organization across all levels
• Consistently delivers key objectives and core responsibilities on time and with high quality
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new tasks quickly
• Ability to accept and meet deadlines, and prioritize, manage, complete multiple tasks under a deadline
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University graduate
• 2 years relevant work experience in a matrix organization, ideally with exposure in project management processes, event management, workshop/ program coordination
