Major Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR Director to provide direction, counseling and hands-on support to our clients on HR specific issues including: performance management, learning and development, disciplinary counseling and HR Compliance for global and domestic offices
• Handle employee relations issues including conducting and participating in internal investigations related to allegations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct and violation of policies and providing recommendations for resolution
• Collaborate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition. Create profiles in HRIS system.
• Ensure harassment compliance training, introduce the performance management program, and provide time and attendance training
• Manage and administer performance appraisal process and training and development initiatives with direction from
• HR Director
• Co-lead learning and development training initiatives including online, in person and experiential tools
• Maintain organizational charts, announcements, outlook email groups, and HR communication across all Global
• Operations
• Assist HR Director in updating the Employee Handbook and creating applicable global Employee Handbooks.
• Manage and lead all corporate safety programming including CPR and AED training program and contingency planning
• Serve as subject matter consultant to all domestic and global employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, or related discipline preferred
• 3+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience with an emphasis on employee relations and clients service
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and HRIS systems
• High degree of confidentiality and integrity
