The Legal and Compliance department seeks a professional to act as compliance analyst at the firm’s Dublin office. The role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop within a growing, global legal and compliance team.
• < > in the updating and maintenance of the firm’s policies and procedures and its funds’ compliance program, corporate governance documents and files and research/regulatory library.< > in a variety of day-to-day matters faced by an in-house legal and compliance group related to a growing and global business, including management of conflicts of interest, documentation of trades between GSO funds, monitoring of non-public information and trading activities and monitoring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.< > various business groups, including investment, marketing, accounting, operational and middle office departments.
Review constitutional documents, corporate material and corporate resolutions for the firm’s Irish entities.
• in the review of marketing material, investor communications and responses to investor inquiries.< > with certain aspects of CBI Company website seeks to hire a recent graduate who is highly motivated, intelligent, and has demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. The successful candidate should have:
