The position will report to the Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and will be responsible for the design, execution and administration of our global compensation programs. Works with a cross-functional team including business partners and organizational leaders to develop and deliver strategic and innovative compensation policies and programs, including global base and bonus pay programs. Works closely with the Director of Executive and Equity Compensation on the execution of long term incentive programs. As a Compensation Director, you will be responsible for:
• Design, implement and administer core compensation programs including annual merit process and performance bonus program to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments to employees.
• Research, conduct and present findings for the annual review of base pay administration programs.
• Design and deliver education programs for Company managers and recruiters to enhance understanding of compensation policies and procedures.
• Serve as an internal consultant to HR business partners and recruiters on compensation-related issues including market pricing, job evaluations and review of salary offers and requisitions.
• Review and analyze external published compensation surveys that Company participates in; recommend updates to internal salary structure or practices when appropriate.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
• 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree {add Degree info here} or its equivalent or
• 10 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree {add Specific Degree here} or
• 7 years of relevant experience and a PhD {add Specific Degree here}
Required Skills
• 10+ years of compensation experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
Desired Skills
• Experience working in the High-tech industry.
• Candidate must be highly analytical and an innovative problem solver possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational and project planning skills and must demonstrate ability to meet aggressive and shifing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of employees, including team members located remotely.
• Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience working with Oracle HRMS is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills as applied to compensation practices and market analysis.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees with a positive attitude of customer service.
• Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations in a clear, concise format.
