Job Description
Company, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Community Developer, Coordinatorreporting to the Customer Management Team, who will work onsite within the Production Team. This person will provide a strong connection between the gaming community and the internal teams, assist in asset development and coordination of stakeholders. This position will work with multiple titles within the Company Montreal studio.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the Community Developers are well-represented amongst the Production and Operational teams through recaps, updates and calendar management.
• Organize dates & deliverables based on Community Stage-Gate to ensure all teams are apprised of status.
• Synchronize with Community Development and management teams to create solutions for issues that arise during the Production lifecycle plus Operational Marketing campaign.
• Follow and apprise all stakeholders of Community Developer content from concept through approvals and publishing.
• Assist Community Developer and Community Manager in creating and presenting reports and analysis as requested.
• Work with Customer Management leadership to evangelize the CM team to stakeholders worldwide.
• Be the reference for player advocacy across the company.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years working in a service-oriented field.
• Knowledge and expertise of project coordination toolsets like Sharepoint, Basecamp, Slack, Gliffy, Jira, Asana, etc. required.
• Interest in the video game industry. A member or active participant in online communities is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a must).
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions oriented.
• Team player, adept at building relationships across organizations.
• Possible event travel opportunities.
• French language skills are a plus.
