The Business
Client Management is the central point in the balanced matrix, and links our clients to our exceptional capabilities and solutions to drive profitable revenue growth. This includes responsibilities for growing revenue and managing a portfolio of clients across the Segments of our business.
The Role
The Client Relationship Director - Large Accounts will be the primary client lead managing the totality of the Company (Company) relationship for large clients, accountable for profitable revenue growth and focused on bringing new solutions to existing clients, acquiring new clients and ensuring deep client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Become a trusted advisor and portal to Company for assigned large and global clients and prospects, addressing their unique business needs with bespoke solutions that leverage capabilities from across the company and incorporate industry expertise
• Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and other critical team members across Company segments and geographies to bring the full capabilities of Company to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience
• Influential at multiple levels of the client organization, promoting new and recurring business while managing existing revenue and profit streams
• Lead the development and execution of client account plans and strategies to ensure profitable revenue growth and create new business opportunities
• Participate in relevant industry communities in order to deliver industry-specific expertise to our clients
• Develop a broad understanding of Company capabilities and expertise
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactively monitoring and addressing any issues
• Partner with Company segments to negotiate pricing/fees, and ensure client relationships are secure and financially sound
• Actively manage service costs
• Actively develop and mentor talent, providing direction, feedback and coaching
• Act as a role model throughout Company by embodying our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence
• Embody and deliver the Client Value/Differential Value Proposition on an ongoing basis
The Requirements
• 10 or more years of experience and proven track record selling professional services to complex global organizations in the areas of human resources, financial management, and/or risk management
• Ability to build, maintain and manage multiple client relationships at the most senior levels within client organizations
• Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels
• Track record of sales expertise
• High level of business acumen
• Ability to navigate complex procurement organizations
• Ability to coordinate teams across Company segments
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of Company’s services, blend them into practical solutions that meet our clients’ needs, and articulate them to C-Suite buyers across multiple disciplines
• Senior level consulting experience aligned with one of our four Segments is a plus
• Ability to successfully direct multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget
• An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
• Availability to travel on an as needed basis
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees or professional designations are a plus
