Company is seeking a Client Finance Manager for our Kansas City office. The manager will also interface with other Company Network offices and may require limited travel.
This individual will be primary finance person responsible for:
• Manpower Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals Tracking and Reporting
• Assisting Account Management and Client Finance Director periodic forecasts of manpower, pricing scopes of work
• Monthly tracking of actual time, out-of-pocket expenses and production costs
• Supporting the Production and Media reconciliation process
• Assisting Account Management with billing, monitoring unbilled inventory and month-end revenue accruals
• Following-up on client receivables
• Acting as the main point of contact and support for ad hoc reporting required by client engagement, Company Finance, and Executive Business Leads
• Year-end Actualizations
• Representing agency in client finance meetings
• Contract Compliance, including coordination of any third party audits
• Assisting Company Finance in month end close, budget preparation and financial reporting for selected clients.

Required Skills:
What we’re looking for:
• Two to five years of experience in public or private financial accounting (advertising agency experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Extremely detailed-oriented
• Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, remain organized and multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to travel occasionally
