Job Title
US Coordinator, Influencer Marketing
Overview
The US Coordinator, Influencer Marketing, Consumer Beauty, is responsible for supporting and helping to execute the implementation of integrated influencer marketing programs for fragrance brands Katy Perry, Guess, Nautica, Vera Wang, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Jovan and Stetson. Position is responsible for assisting with the generation of earned advocacy for Company's US-based fragrances across all media, with an emphasis on digital, social and new influencers. Position is a key partner to US Marketing, Sales, Media, Digital and Social Media teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
-Coordinate all POs and invoicing
-Keep local launch and events calendars
-Maintain supply and product closet
Product Launches
-Proactively brainstorm with Manager and Influencer Marketing team strategies with a local perspective
-Order press preview samples, comps and lab samples with US marketing
-Assist with Influencer Marketing launches, campaigns and projects (integrated with marketing, digital, advertising consumer activation and promotional activities) in collaboration with Manager
-Assist with launch recaps and US best practices
Influencer/Media Relations
-Cultivate and develop productive relationships with traditional and social media contacts through regular phone contact, face-to-face meetings, lunches, briefings and industry events
-Assist with media interview requests for brand ambassadors, experts, celebrities, management and R&D experts
-Prepare monthly highlights report and maintain US awards tracker
Events
-Assist in the planning and execution of local press and influencer activations, local editor visits to the labs
Agency
-Work with outside agencies on day-to-day requests, briefings, traditional and influencer outreach, events and tracking
Skills/Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Communications, English, Journalism or other relevant area of study
-Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a relevant field
-Excellent verbal/written communications skills required, with the demonstrated ability to write for various audiences in multiple formats
-Detail and process-oriented, organized, resourceful and initiative-driven
-Able to handle multiple projects gracefully and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong follow up skills
-Strong understanding and experience of social media across all platforms
-Tapped into trends in social media/digitally savvy
-Poised, professional, proactive and positive attitude and a passion for beauty / fashion
-Strong interpersonal skills are required, with a win-win approach to collaboration and relationship-building
-Proficient in all relevant programs Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop, etc.
