Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager is a key member of Company’s Sales Support team responsible for supporting advertising post-sale campaign activities from pre-launch kick-off through campaign wrap-up. This role is responsible for ensuring on time campaign launches, thoughtful optimizations and insightful wrap reports.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the day-to-day internal contact for all post-sale actions related to advertising campaigns, partnering with account team to provide expert campaign execution and analytics
• Coordinate with Sales Planning, Account Management and Ad Ops to confirm pertinent information required to successfully launch and manage campaigns
• Work with Inventory Management team to monitor and manage pacing and performance, provide proactive optimizations to achieve campaign KPIs
• Revise IOs for optimizations and help to identify upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with Ad Ops and Account Management to answer spec questions and ensure smooth and timely asset tagging and collection
• Provide screenshots (tear sheets) at launch
• Determine bill amounts for accurate and timely invoicing
• Provide account team weekly campaign updates and performance reports throughout the duration of a campaign
• Attend weekly meetings with the account team to discuss the status of campaigns and address any issues
• Assist with data and build for campaign wrap-up reports
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, digital experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac, and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Agency Media Planning / Buying tools and Order Management Systems (AdBook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent with presentation applications (Keynote and PowerPoint)
