We're on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our innovative and fun marketing team on a six month fixed term contract. We have big ambitions to change the way we do marketing - bringing the customer, data, content and creativity into the interactions that really matter.
You will be responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of flagship campaigns. You will work closely with our external agencies and our Planning, Digital and CXI teams to ensure our campaigns are creative, timely and targeted. You will not only be a great organiser, but also a hands on practitioner that will happily jump in and build an email, create a website page and build out campaign collateral when needed.
Reporting into our Senior Campaign Manager, you will be passionate about delivering high impact customer communications that will drive results for both Company and our customers.
Skills and experience required:
• Solid experience within a marketing function and a strong background in managing omni-channel campaigns
• Ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver end to end complex campaigns simultaneously and within budget.
• You will have experience with creative copywriting and have a good eye for good design.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree qualified in Business / Marketing or related discipline preferred
• Understanding of data segmentation, using a CRM and automation platforms
• Keen interest in data driven and performance led marketing, best practice and innovations
• Education industry sector experience will be highly regarded
