JOB PURPOSE
Managing the end-to-end product life-cycle and directing compelling assortments (Right Product, at the Right Place, Right Time, Right Price, Right Size, Right VM Execution) - drive the Regional Business to achieve the identified financial targets (Sales and Profit) while delivering a pure and consistent Brand message.
RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND

BUSINESS
• Achieve the Regional Budget through a holistic management of the product assortments in the MAINLINE retail distributions channels: Physical & Digital
• Provide seasonal/ Monthly/ weekly KPI’s reports and ad hoc analysis – Product / Inventory/ Distribution – in order to identify adequate actions and ensure constant market connectivity & reactivity.
• Based on seasonal performance, support the Merchandising Team in preparing new seasonal strategies through effective insight analysis and Range Planning preparation
• Prepare monthly bestselling meetings focusing on gap analysis – Region VS Global – inventory position and stores productivity.
PRODUCT
• Formulate Brand right assortment and retail plan via collaboration with RMM and the Corporate Merchandising Team and in line with Regional strategy to:
• Sustain Corporate and Regional business objectives
• Support Merchandising Team driving the end–to-end product life-cycle through flawless and effective data administration and maintenance on the system: from Corporate development stage, to exit strategy through in store execution.
• Provide administrative support in carrying out competitive analysis to capture emerging trends and constantly identify product/ranging/pricing opportunities
• Work with Corporate Merchandising Team to resolve data queries and ensure accuracy (Material nrs, pricing, sizing)
• Prepare and maintain seasonal buying packs with product images and KPIs to support the sign off process as well as in-season range management
CONSUMER
• Partner with VM to ensure that the seasonal merchandising strategies are seamlessly executed across all channels securing consistency of the customers’ experience.
• Support the Team in the preparation of monthly product deck – ensuring all information is accurate and updated for flawless delivery launch
PROCESS
• Increase Productivity through Conversion Rate ensuring “the Right Product at the Right Place, Right Time, Right Size, Right Price”
• Work closely with the Allocation Team to ensure timely and productive flow of product across the Channels – Drive weekly/monthly consolidations to maximize sales and productivity- review of inventory delivery update information
• Partnering with ‘Strategic Team’ and Store Design review door profiling and floor layout (ML) seasonally to ensure the updated capacity and product range are aligned
PEOPLE
• Foster cross-functional Partnership creating a highly effective Merchandising team, assessing, developing and exposing the team members, especially the identified talents
• Work effectively as a member of the cross-functional department (Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, VM)
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Previous selection experience
• Experience in Merchandising
• Experience in a volume retail environment desirable
• Experience of working in a multi-store environment with international reach desirable.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Preferably Fashion business qualification
• Retail shopfloor experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mind-set.

• Used to management of large quantities of data
• Excellent organisational skills.
