Summary:
Responsible for the administration and coordination of Company Business customer orders from site survey through order submission. Works closely with the Sales Team to provide additional reporting and Company website utilization. Operational sales support, working with multiple departments and sales systems. Handles administrative tasks to enable sales representatives to increase field time. Works with moderate supervision/guidance and responsible for individual deadlines and goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Regular cross-functional coordination with construction and engineering groups.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify issues and effectively communicate them to leaders.
• Escalates customer issues accordingly and follows them through to resolution.
• Assisting newly hired BAE's in establishing system training
• Customer Interaction:
• Bill Resolution and Credit Requests Direct customer to proper escalation points when necessary
• Assisting with customer escalations
Core Responsibilities:
• Ensure contracts meet all submission criteria and compliance requirements and approve or reject contracts as appropriate.
• Review contract and validate services with customer to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommend solutions.
• Responsible for orders that require an advanced technical knowledge.
• Supports multi-location customers with multiple services at each location.
• Navigate through multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders.
• Interface with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure order flows appropriately.
• Meet scorecard productivity/quality metrics.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education Level: High School or Equivalent
Years Experience: Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
