DESCRIPTION:
Company is seeking a Security Business Analyst to join its Information Security Group. The role will assist in production of ISG risk management deliverables and related artifacts. The BA will help administer project planning of security projects with stakeholders across the organization. The analyst will also manage the development and maintenance of all reporting and metrics for the security group. This includes operational, sourcing and project metrics for all levels of stakeholders from IT to executive management. The analyst will work alongside security practices to establish all development of necessary processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role will be critical in project management of key phases for all security projects. The ideal candidate will be business focused and have passion for security. This position will also have the opportunity to work on security and initiatives with company-wide reach.
Responsibilities:
• Support risk assessment initiatives, coordinate interaction between ISG and divisional stakeholders, and develop and maintain related documentation such as requirements, timelines, reporting, management presentations etc.
• Develops standards and processes for creation of regular operational security metrics
• Establishes operational reporting schedule and builds necessary tools to generate and maintain them
• Administers project planning processes for the ISG Risk Management group
• Supports business unit security strategies from project and budgeting perspectives
• Help support key risk areas of security vendor relationships (e.g. risk identification, issue resolution, reporting).
• Liaise with financial teams to administer security capital and operational budgets and ensuring invoicing and billings for security vendors are managed.
• Support overall improvement of all processes and documentation within security group and across IT and business organizations.

Skills/Experience Required:
• 2+ years of experience as IT business analyst
• Understanding of security risk management principles
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills and the confidence to speak up about matters that need attention
• Proven ability to work with others in a team environment
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize work while meeting all deadlines
• Proven ability in learning/communicating related to technical systems
• Strong degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, related field, or equivalent work experience
