Business Analyst (Front office / Digital Team Leader)

1. Key Job Accountabilities
• Maintain overall company front-office systems including Sales & Marketing (POS, SFA, PRM, CRM, Digital and e-commerce), and Digital by collaborating with 3 IT members
• Lead IT projects (new deployment, improvement, and replacement) for local/regional/global front-office & digital systems
• Perform the service management including issue escalation, incident/change management & root-cause analysis for high level system availability
• Provide technical consultation for system interface with core systems, such as SAP and Marketing/Sales system (i.e. POS, SFA, PRM, CRM and etc)
• Communicate user communities to identify the business needs to reflect to the systems
• Corporate with third party vendors to verify the project, system maintenance and their services
• Engaged in Group/Zone/business communication to meet IT and business strategy
• Support to establish/define the business processes through the e-commerce and digital systems
• Perform the Personal information protection tasks to comply with government regulation.
• Defines SLAs and monitors achievements
• Design, document, and implement the multidivisional APAC roadmap
• Liaise with Group Digital IT Competence Center for functional and technical content and evolutions
2. Qualifications
• Education : above Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferable)
• Years of working experience: + 5 years
• Experience:
• n equipped with knowledge of retail & sales business processes
• n Experience in Marketing &Sales systems maintenance (POS, SFA, e-Commerce, or etc) is must
• n Understanding of Digital technology (Demandware, OMS, CMS, CRM Siebel) is highly recommended
• n Programming Language and Database Skill (Web, .Net, Java, Unix-C, Oracle)
• n +5 Year experience in IT relatedroles including at least 2-year experience in programming
