An understanding of luxury and the ability to translate that knowledge and experience to the client is essential. The role requires dedication to the brand as well as superior customer service, ability to create a welcoming environment and build and develop relationships with clients.
The Brunello Cucinelli Brand Manager is responsible for managing sales staff, delivering on sales goals, clienteling, managing inventory and maintaining visual standards in accordance with the policies and procedures of Brunello Cucinelli and Company.
Key Accountabilities:
• Take full manager responsibility for the shop and brand. Lead by example.
• Promote the Brunello Cucinelli brand through excellence of visual merchandising and consistency with store and company standards.
• Embody the vision and philosophy of the Brunello Cucinelli lifestyle as an ambassador for the brand.
• Identify and address all customer needs and expectations in order to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales associates and prioritize all responsibilities to ensure superior customer service.
• Resolve all employee issues in a professional manner and in accordance with the guidelines and company policies.
• Set store staffing schedules.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in order to prevent shrink and loss.
• Oversee movement of BC product through store with Personal Shoppers and all Company sales staff.
• Utilize all available support material and maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity for Brunello Cucinelli and Company.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of all company product and technical information, as well as any current and historical company information.
• Develop and maintain productive partnerships with Company Management and staff.
• Facilitate sales with all partners outside of the BC shop, including Personal Shoppers, key designer sales associates, brand ambassadors and sales associates.
• Build effective working relationships with Brunello Cucinelli North America store managers and colleagues throughout our brand.
• Ensure adherence at all times to company retail operations and store security.
• Adhere to all Brunello Cucinelli and Company operating procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain consistent grooming, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards
• Complete all company paperwork accurately and within deadlines.
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy
• Prior experience leading a luxury business in a department store
• Skillful communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven leadership talent; Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail and department store business operations
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail; ability to analyze problems and quickly identify solutions
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
